Mark your calendar for the Prolific Writers Life Halloween Celebration on Saturday, October 31, at 11 am PT, 2 pm ET. Come enjoy some Tricks & Treats for Writers.
If you would like to be on the agenda for sharing a trick or treat, or if you know someone in the writing industry who might be, please let me know so I can update the event description. This is a great opportunity for us to invite guests to participate by offering a “trick or treat.” A trick might be an app or tool that helps you with your writing. A treat can be a discount code to one of your products or upcoming events, for example.
Feel free to dress up as a literary character or anyone else.
This event is free to Hosts, guest speakers, and first time visitors. Invite the writers you know. All are welcome.

The Writer Promo Video is in production. This animation sample shows the frustration that many writers face as they try to write and problem-solve on their own. Our goal with this video is to invite writers to join the Prolific Writers Life community, to participate in EVENTS and discover valuable PRODUCTS. When it’s complete, it will be featured on the HOME page.
In addition, we’re also building a Promo Video “bundle” for anyone who might want a Promo Video for their book or website. Team members for this project include:
- Mohamed Touahria, Award-Winning Filmmaker and Animator
- Keiko O’Leary, StoryBrand expert
- Kendra Murray and Ralph Scott, Squeaky Cheese Productions
- Thaddeus Howze, Omniverse

As of October 7, The Host Promo Video is now live on the HOST page. In the Prolific Writers Cafe on October 7, we recorded a new ending to add to the promo video. Brandon is working on updating the video.

All writers and industry experts are welcome to join this opportunity for casual conversation on any and all topics related to writing. If you know people who might be interested in learning more about Prolific Writers Life, this is a great opportunity to introduce them to the community.

Marketing Monday offers you a weekly opportunity to make progress on your marketing. Bounce your ideas around with writers and experts and get the word out about your offerings.
The Marketing Monday workshop gives you an opportunity to check things off your to do list.
Use this time to:
- make updates to your website
- promote your work through social media
- set up events or products on Prolific Writers Life
- do anything else related to marketing
This is a great time to get feedback and find opportunities to cross promote. Together we can accomplish so much more than we ever could on our own.
This event is held every Monday at 1 pm PT, 4 pm ET. Our priority is to support Hosts who are offering events and products through Prolific Writers Life, but all are welcome. This event is free for all registered Hosts and first-time visitors.
