If I were to describe my life, I would have to say it has been a life filled with growth and discovery. I had the pleasure of spending most of my youth in small towns in Georgia. My family did not have much but we learned to appreciate the simple things in life.  I joined the United States Navy at the age of 17 and served onboard the USS John F. Kennedy.

Serving in wartime helped me understand the value of discipline, systems, positive relationships, and structure. After five years of service, I decided to take a new path.  I needed to find my identity. Life became very interesting at this point.  I became unemployed for the first time in my life.  Not to mention, it was the beginning of a recession.  As you can imagine, my life became a struggle financially, emotionally, and spiritually. Needless to say, I was scared. As I waited for things to change, I finally realized that nothing was going to change unless I changed. I had to be the leader in my life.  I had to trust that I had enough talent and skills to push forward and do the things I had never done before.

I decided to take a chance. I started a business, believed in myself, believed in my passion, and was able to stand on my feet again.  My journey was extremely challenging and necessary. It was worth every second. Since then, I have enjoyed discovering the balance between my passion and limits: writing a book, modeling, traveling abroad, professional speaking, and much more.

When you attend my workshops you will get more than my experience as a coach. You will get my experience of being someone just like you.  A person with a thought, an idea, and a dream. DAR-ONE is ideal for any individual who is ready to step out in to the unknown and take a chance on an idea or a dream.  The journey or decision you are about to take make may be a difficult one but you don’t have to do it alone and you don’t have to know everything. My goal is to guide you through the process smoothly and safely.
