Scheduling Coaching Sessions:
All of my coaching sessions are "Appointable Events," which means when you place an order to work with me, you'll need to choose the date and time you want us to work together. Please make sure you will be able to meet when you schedule our session, because your appointment will remove that day/time from my availability calendar. Of course, life happens, so if you schedule a session and then have to change the time and/or date, I can accommodate that change, with the caveats explained below in the Refund Policy.
If you need to change or cancel a scheduled appointment within just a few days of placing the order, if the order has not yet been paid out from PWL to me (payments are processed Sunday evening of each week), then I am able to give you a 100% refund. However, once PWL has paid out for your order, I can't give you a 100% refund, because PWL has taken their 20% admin fee, and it will take extra work for me to issue you a refund. In this case, you have 2 options:
I can offer a 80% refund as "credit" toward another coaching session. To do this, simply place a new order, then email me (firstname.lastname@example.org) and remind me that your new order is to "replace" the previous order that you cancelled/did not attend, and I'll then refund you 80% of your order cost.
I can offer you a 50% refund as "cash," in which case I will send you the 50% from my PayPal account back to your PayPal account. If you prefer, I can also send you the refund via Venmo, Zelle, or I can mail you a check.
